One of my goals for 2014 is to start building up my coaching business. If you read my blog or know me at all, you know that I love to run and crossfit. I also love to help motivate and inspire others with their running (and other fitness goals as well) and help them push themselves to do things maybe they never thought they could do. Although my passion is for ultra distance running, I coach any distance from 5k to 100 miles.

– 2x Badwater 135 Finisher
– Brazil 135 Finisher
– Western States 100 mile Finisher
– Mohican 100 mile Winner 2011
– Costal Challenge 100 mile Stage Race winner 2010
– Competed in high school varsity track and cross country
Here is how my training works:
Depending on your training goals, I will email you customized run workouts either each week or month (whichever program you choose). In addition I will also help with race nutrition and also send out two single serve packets of Vitargo (my fuel of choice) for you to try out. In return, I expect my clients to email me back at the end of each week or month with how each workout went and stick to the program as best as possible. Additionally, I make myself available to clients through email, text and phone calls to answer questions that may arise. For week to week programming, I charge $150 a month and for monthly programming I charge $100 and accept payments through PayPal.
